Abstract:

Una delle difficoltà iniziali degli studenti (sia del triennio liceale sia universitari) di lingue classiche che si accingono all’analisi letteraria è rappresentata dalla mancanza di un percorso da seguire, cui si aggiunge non di rado una certa povertà lessicale nel denominare particolari caratteri, che pur intuiti non riescono a trovare subito una chiara indicazione.
Per questo, come espediente esclusivamente didattico, è spesso utile curare che i discenti sviluppino le loro capacità critiche dapprima seguendo una serie data di indicazioni e possibili opzioni, affinché l’osservazione non divenga sgaurdo nel vuoto, e gli oggetti intuiti non rimangano vaghi e indeterminati; in seguito e gradualmente potranno uscire dall’ambito della pura esercitazione per praticare in maniera libera la lettura cosciente dei testi.

Abstract :

The book has been written by a Latin Language and Literature’s professor of Udine University and it’s introduced by the sparkling preface of Marc Fumaroli, a French academic. It has the merit of illustrating a vision of world (the Christian one) and exalting values (the classical ones) which nowaday constitute nearly a taboo. In fact, they are too often considered to be old, useless or even harmful and, anyhow, certainly wrong, fictitious, absurd. The author sifts the truth of these accusations in a way that is scientific and comprehensible at the same time, thanks to the presence of foot notes that don’t disturb the non specialistic reading.

Abstract:

This paper presents a synthetic excursus across the centuries about the differential calculus. Archimedes represents the first sample of the building with his exhaustive method to which addictive and original contributions have been added by Leibniz and Newton giving bones to this new branch of mathematics. In fact by means of the discovery of the differentiation and of the integration the main line towards the infinitesimal calculus will be opened. Here it is possible to find out the pathos of the scientists as well as of the ones who have made them live.

Abstract :

Riportare lo studio delle antiche vie romane non solo nel lavoro d’aula, ma al centro di molte attività formative, compresi i viaggi d’istruzione, può essere la strada giusta per recuperare senso all’insegnamento delle discipline umanistiche, ma anche motivazione alla relazione fra regioni e Stati dell’Europa Unita.
